Justine’s career began in operations for a tier one hospitality brand, following which Justine progressed to senior executive positions in operational management, leadership development and talent development over 15 years, having worked across operations, human resources, consulting and corporate HQ. Her experience spans a wide range of fast-paced and continually evolving business sectors, and she has worked extensively at both CEO, C-suite and advisory Board level.
Justine is qualified in a variety of psychological assessment tools including MBTI (Myers Briggs), OPQ32, Hogan (HPI, HDS and MVPI), FIRO B, various ability assessments, Saville Wave, LIVED, NEO and the ASE Emotional Intelligence Assessment. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), and the British Psychological Society.
