Ben is Managing Partner at Aspen. Joining in 1996, Ben has specialised in helping technology start-ups and more established clients to launch new products, enter new markets, and translate innovation into commercial success.
Ben is experienced in identifying the international leadership talent required to deliver on executive strategy at every level, across the Americas, EMEA and APJ. He works regularly with Chair, Board and CEO to build additional capability into the Board itself, appointing world-class Directors with the required expertise and competitive market experience to add tangiblel value to the CEO in rapidly evolving markets. Before Aspen, Ben built and led UK and EMEA Sales channels for a number of global technology companies, including Digital Equipment Company (now HP) and Gupta Technologies (now Unify Corporation).
Ben commenced his search work in Business Applications in 1996 with the likes of Oracle, PeopleSoft, Siebel Systems, salesforce.com, i2 and Amdocs, and since then his experience has evolved to encompass all areas of the Enterprise technology market, notably Analytics, CX, omnichannel commerce, CyberSecurity, AI, IIoT, Big Data and Machine Learning.
Ben has been Aspen’s strategist behind much of our sales and sales leadership hiring on behalf of Clients globally, and also has accountability for Client engagements with particularly complex research needs. His innovative approach and deep market expertise in this regard has benefited many Clients as they build new lines of business, enter new markets or seek to build world-class Thought Leadership into their organisations.
