Lorenzo progressed to Partner within our Search practice and now co-leads Aspen’s Leadership Consulting practice, delivering programmes for Board, CEO and Executive Teams to effectively shape and align Leadership talent with business strategy and growth or transformation goals .

After graduating with 1st class honours from Oxford University, Lorenzo spent fifteen years in Search, helping to build global and regional leadership teams across a range of markets, with a particular track-record supporting companies developing new offerings or embarking on major transformation.

More recently he has worked with Investors and Founding Executives of technology start-ups, delivering assessments of Executive Team and Board members at crucial stages in company evolution, and helping to align business culture with strategy. For investors, he works closely with Sara to produce actionable assessment of Leadership teams as a whole within portfolio businesses or target investments, securing shareholder milestones and ensuring successful investor exit.

Lorenzo is an experienced Executive Coach, working with founders, executive teams and global and regional function leaders to align mindset and action with ambition and aspiration, supporting them to build transformative, sustainable careers and high performing teams.
